Every order is different.
Turnaround time on printing orders begins once full payment, 50% downpayment, or negotiated terms has been received for your order. Your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, or have submitted files that are not print-ready (and causes a delay), printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) and approval for production in writing, not from when the order was first submitted.
All jobs with standard turnaround times submitted and approved before 9:00am CHST on any given working business day will begin production (day 1 of turnaround time) that day. If the order is submitted and approved after 9:00am CHST on any business day, the job will begin production (day 1 of turnaround time) the following business day. If the job is submitted and approved on a weekend, the job will begin production on the next business day. 2-4 Business Days Total.
The estimated production turnaround on this site is based on the typical number of hours or days that a print job requires to complete under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Print First turnaround time does not include mailing or local delivery transit times. If you are having the order shipped, or picked up, you should allow additional business days based on the method you select.

Sometimes, things may be needed out of the blue, right away.
If we said within (1) business day, is that good enough?
For rush orders, orders and files must be submitted by 9:00am CHST (12:00pm noon CHST) and written final approval for production, for that day to count as the first day in the Turnaround Time. If you submit rush order request after 9:00am CHST, the first day of the Turnaround Time will be the next business day. Rush option is exclusively limited to specific type of request, or order, and by the approval of Print First management.

Orders can be placed on our website via our services page.
We are also able to accept orders by emailing us as long as you provide all the specifications, and files (if available) of your inquiry.

This depends on the complexity of your quote request.
Majority of our estimates are done within 24 hours from the time of your inquiry is sent.Quotation times may extend if site visit is needed for special services (Vinyl wrap job, site assessment for product installation).

Once your estimate is sent to you, you will have flexible time to review and approve the quote for production in writing via email.
You will receive a call or email from us directly, pending stock shortages. We may even reserve it for you.

Print First default payment terms are 50% downpayment / 50% upon completion.
We have Terms that can negotiable, pending Print First Management approval.

You can pay in-person, pay-by-phone, or though secure online payment.
We accept: Cash, Credit Card, Check, and PayPal.

Printing Questions

We keep all files on our secured systems indefinitely. This is most especially helpful for production reprints, as material and specified settings remain.
We use the latest and most secure encryption, software, and hardware. On top of that, your data is periodically backed up for added assurance. Your data is private to you and your business.
If you don’t want us to keep your files, please let us know and we will delete them after printing.

Better for the environment. Print First uses dry ink and/or toner, Emulsion Aggregation, which reduces environmental impact.
This doesn't emit any VOCs (Volatile Organic Compound) like what is majority used in offset printing machines, which some of our competitors use within the region. Print First Digital printing method produces much less paper waste than offset machines, because the set-up time is shorter.More accurate proofing.

Yes, we are only able to deliver your order locally within the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
